Do you have questions about your mind and body?

How do I
strengthen,
maintain,
& prevent pain
in my body?

In January 2025,
The Excellence in Exercise and Movement Summit
brought together world-class experts
and participants from every continent
to explore the art and science of movement, exercise, and personal development.

In more than 20 sessions, spread over 5 days,
attendees engaged in presentations, discussions and hands-on learning, led by professionals at the cutting edge of their fields.

Do you like to move?

Is there something about
your body you’re trying to change?

Are there thoughts, feelings
or other obstacles
getting in the way?

Do you want to find out more
about how to use
exercise & movement
effectively for yourself
(or your clients)?

Do you want to get
rid of some minor aches & pains?

Do you want to perform
at a higher level of ability?

Do you like learning about
the mind and body?

And want to learn more?

If so … you are in the right place!

This summit covers key areas that impact anyone working with movement - whether for personal practice, coaching, or teaching.

Human beings face similar challenges.

One of the neat things about the summit
was we learned more as we participated.

Even with decades of experience
(and some of our speakers
performing at a world-class level),

we were reminded that
expertise is always a work in progress,
you can never know it all,

and you never graduate from being human.

It just goes to show

People can learn so much from each other

While everyone's challenges are unique,

the processes that lead to success
often share common themes.

Yet the quality of the ideas
you are exposed to
make a huge differece.

Find new solutions.

Explore new ideas.

And more …

Day 1: How Force Changes the Body and Health

How Force Impacts Your Body and Health is a science-based deep dive into why exercise impacts your body in ways you’ve probably never heard about - and may never have even considered. It offers thought leadership for anyone looking to engage with exercise or help others do so in a more thoughtful, well-informed way. Watching this presentation may just make you rethink how you think about exercise and movement.

Day 2: The Power of Caring Conversations & Coaching

Learning, skill-building, and self-development aren’t just physical or intellectual -they’re emotional.

Hesitation, frustration, hope, disappointment - these feelings shape the process. Without a way to navigate them, progress stalls.

This section of the summit introduces practical, doable skills to help you not only navigate your own emotions but also support others through the learning process.

Real stories. Practical skills. A deeper way to engage with learning and change.

Day 3: Using Force in the Body - Weightlifting, Yoga, Martial Arts, and Movement

Now that you’ve absorbed ideas about how force changes your body, it’s time to apply them. These sessions take you into practical practices from martial arts, yoga, movement, and weightlifting - each offering a different lens on strength and body control.

You’ll explore:

  • Martial arts exercises that are accessible to all ability levels.

  • A new way to see yoga, and a secret from yoga’s past.

  • Insights from a vegan bodybuilder mom on weightlifting and nutrition.

  • New movement methods

This is where theory meets action - giving you tools to move better, train smarter, and understand your body on a deeper level.

Day 4: Getting Past Mental-Emotional Barriers in Handstands, Exercise, and Life

Seasoned trainers and movement experts agree - our inner experiences shape our outcomes as much as our physical efforts. Self-doubt, despair, fear, and frustration can be just as challenging as any physical hurdle - like learning to stand on your hands.

When tackling complex problems, whether it’s mastering a handstand or finding balance in life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and want to give up.

In these sessions, you’ll hear high-level athletes and athletes of the inner world discuss these challenges. Plus, a live panel explores what it takes to learn handstands, navigate mental barriers and obstacles we face in exercise and life.

You’ll also hear from two of the best handstand coaches currently teaching today about how to approach the practice of handstand.

Day 5: Nutrition

In today’s world, we often aren’t exposed to the true power of food.

There’s so much we still don’t know - plants and fungi contain over 10,000 known chemicals, from phytonutrients to fungal bioactives, and we’re still discovering more.

Nutrition can feel like a confusing foreign language, and in a way, it is - it’s the language of organic chemistry. But like any language, it becomes understandable with time - or the right translators.

Food is a powerful tool that shapes how we feel, function, and perform. These sessions explore the deeper science of nutrition and how to use it effectively.

It’s not just about the science. We’ll also explore how feelings, habits, and emotional influences shape our relationship with food and nutrition.
